Emotional issues addressed: You appear calm and controlled on the outside, but are full of worry, anxiety or apprehension on the inside. You may not be aware of anxious feelings, as you want to feel mentally strong. Tension, anxiety, worry or fear is deposited into the body’s cells and organs (somatized fears), creating physical symptoms (i.e. low back pain, diarrhea). You experience chronic mental and physical overexertion, yet continue to push past your own boundaries and have a hard time saying ‘no’.
