Welcome

At pHotential Health, our goal is to help you feel your best and achieve lasting wellness—not just temporary relief.

We believe that prevention is one of the most powerful tools in healthcare and that true healing begins by addressing the root cause of illness.
Our mission is to empower you with personalized, evidence-informed care and practical lifestyle strategies that support your body’s natural ability to heal. Whether you are seeking help with stress, pain, digestive concerns, hormonal balance, fatigue, or overall wellness, we work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, we focus on identifying the underlying factors that may be preventing optimal health. By removing these obstacles and supporting the body’s natural healing processes, we aim to help you achieve sustainable improvements in your health and quality of life.
We are committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and partnering with you on your journey toward better health.

Ways we can help

In my work we don't look at names of diseases, we look at disorders, the signs and symptoms clients are complaining of and where in the organ systems in which they may be dysregulated.

Special Note:

I  would like to acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory on Treaty 6 .
A traditional meeting ground, gathering place, and travelling route to the Cree, Salteaux (So-toe), Blackfoot, Metis, Dene (De-nay) and Dakota Sioux (Sue).  We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries.
To acknowledge this land is to recognize its longer history and our place in its history.  The mountains, rivers, lakes and lands of these territories have sustained life and human communities since time immemorial.  Learning and education have been a part of this land for millenia.

Today we honour and remember the lost children and Survivors of residential schools, their families, and communities.

I feel privileged and grateful to be here.  I invite those reading this to explore their own relationship to reconciliation.
