Dry extract (5-7:1) of Passiflora incarnata L. 425 mg (passionflower), equivalent to 2.125g – 2.975g aerial parts.
Extractant: ethanol 50% (V/V)
Dosage and administration
Adults, adolescents ≥ 13 years: 1 tablet, 2 times daily. PASCOFLAIR® should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of water), and the doses should be spread evenly throughout the day.
Contraindicated for patients who are hypersensitive to the active substance or to any of the excipients, patients with a rare hereditary condition known as fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency.
- Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
- Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
- Consumption of alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or being involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
